Overview
Prep Pro is for competitively driven, experienced skiers (U14 and older) seeking more individualized training and competition opportunities. Prep Pro serves as a bridge program from the Prep Team to the Comp Team. The Prep Pro athletes will be offered more robust athletic opportunities and will focus on developing the mental and physical capacities needed to become more competitive skiers.
During the winter months, athletes will train 4-6 sessions per week when not at races. During the summer months, team training is 2 sessions per week, with additional opportunities to train with the Comp Team to round out the week.
SVSEF has transportation options available to and from regular M/W/F Prep practices.
Questions should be directed to kelley@svsef.org.
Prep progression athletes function as part of the Prep team, with additional training, camp and competition opportunities offered.
