Team Overview
The Prep Progression team meets 4 sessions per week during the winter in association with regular Prep Team practices. Most practices are held at the Lake Creek Training Center, where skiers are assigned a storage locker. Training includes summer dryland team sessions and individual training, in addition to fall dryland and winter on-snow sessions.
Prep Pro is for competitively driven, experienced skiers (U14 and older) seeking more individualized training and competition opportunities. Prep Pro serves as a competitive bridge program from the Prep team to Comp team. SVSEF has transportation options available to and from regular Prep practices.
Questions should be directed to kelley@svsef.org.
