Team Overview

The Alpine X team is built for athletes who have a strong foundation in alpine skiing and want to pursue a variety of disciplines. The team’s training plan will be a combination of alpine ski racing, park skiing and freeski training. Combining these three training opportunities will allow these athletes to learn the necessary skills to be competent and competitive skiercross athletes. The head coach of this group will coordinate and facilitate a detailed weekly training plan, including time spent in gates, in the park, in the gym. The training plan will vary from week to week depending upon the competition schedule and what the athletes need to be training for at that time in the season. The competition schedule will be set in the fall and will include USASA Ski Cross competitions.
