Registration Information

Please contact the office (208) 726-4129 or a coach if you’re unsure of which team is the best fit for your child.

Registration for the 2017-2018 season opens July 1, 2017. Once you create an account, you will set up your household profile and add your children as participants. Once your household profile is complete, you must choose a team and proceed through check out in order to complete the registration process.

All SVSEF athletes must have a current USSA membership. Please visit for current changes, membership renewal, and new member sign up. Call USSA directly at 435-647-2013.

All payments for extra charges, camps, events, and travel are due at the time of purchase. An athlete’s participation in any SVSEF activities will be contingent on account balances being current and in good standing.

July 1, 2017 

Registration opens & USSA memberships renew.

NOTE: Athletes participating in summer dryland training as part of the team tuition must be registered, and a 20% payment toward tuition is required.

August 14, 2017

Financial Aid application deadline – no exceptions.

September 8, 2017

50 percent of tuition is due.

November 10, 2017

The remaining 50 percent of the tuition is due for ALL athletes.

December 1, 2017

Deadline for submitting a written request for tuition refund.

February 1, 2017

Deadline for submitting a written request for prorated tuition refund for withdrawal from the program due to injury.

The deadline for consideration is Monday, August 14th – no exceptions.
